The saying really is true… You don’t know what you’ve got until it’s gone. So many kiwis head off overseas in their early 20’s in pursuit of experiences, meeting new people & getting “on the chop”. While it’s all well and good, how many of us come home realizing just how good New Zealand really is? We know that’s the feeling we got. We are lucky enough that you can drive 30 minutes from anywhere in NZ and find yourself in a truly breathtaking environment. Drive a little further & words don’t describe what you find!
We have experienced this dumbstruck feeling a few times through breadcrumbs trips now. Fiordland, the West Coast, Abel Tasman, Wairarapa, Taranaki, the East Cape (just to name a few) are all places that are 100% unique, 100% stunning, 100% bloody awesome – and we’ve checked them all out!
Nothing beats the feeling of being absolutely blown away by what your eyes are seeing – you get a rush of adrenaline, it’s a natural high, a full-blown visual boner. And at breadcrumbs, we are all about helping you get your own visual boner (through facilitating the discovery of these stunning places). With a simple download, some interaction with like-minded users & a couple of “save crumb” clicks, you will soon be exploring the bosom of mother nature.
We aren’t quite ready for release yet, but don’t panic – you can still get out and about with Breadcrumbs! We want our tribe to grow, the more the merrier. You don’t need to spend this weekend baked on the couch watching batman. Nobody is making you get drunk to stand in a queue in town! The hangover isn’t always worth it, but mother nature is. We want people to join us on our trips to experience some dope things too!
